Maintaining strength is an important part to your treatments and overall health.

  • You will feel better, for longer periods of time
  • Resists disuse atrophy (weakness) from setting in
  • A strong core = less back pain
  • Can help prevent surgery
  • Can help you recover from surgery faster
  • Help you recover from your injury faster
  • Protect you from hurting the area (again)
  • Can help resist fatigue
  • Typically people feel better overall
  • Helps improve balance (which reduces falls)
